Services

The experienced professionals of the EAC are here when you need them, anytime of the day or night.  Our team works with your primary care veterinarian to provide the best medical and/or surgical care for your companion.  We will provide the specialized care needed to save your pet’s life.  You should seek emergency care immediately if your pet is injured, develops signs of serious illness or ingests a toxic substance.

Upon arrival at any one of our 5 EAC locations, a client administrator or triage veterinary technician will greet you.  Your pet will be assessed by a triage technician prior to evaluation by our emergency veterinarian.  If your pet requires immediate assistance, the technician will ask for permission to bring your pet directly to our treatment area for rapid assessment.  Like most human emergency rooms, our patients are seen on the basis of medical priority, with the most life-threatening cases first.

We are equipped to handle a wide spectrum of emergencies with your pet.  Our staff strives to make this very stressful time as easy as possible for you.  Diagnostic and treatment options, along with an estimated cost, will be discussed upon consultation with the veterinarian.  You are encouraged to ask questions and visit with your pet while in our hospital.
